I like the clear sound but.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't been able to connect my Bluetooth or change stations on it so I am not to happy about it but for the price I can't be to mad. If I can't figure it out I'll send it back. I have the protection plan.

Great! With One Exception

The products all seem great! This is a very inexpensive speaker for the quality! The only issue I'm having is with the bluetooth. It was working great for a while when I bought it earlier in the summer. Then my phone got unpaired, and it's like the bluetooth is broken, because I can't get any device (my phone or laptop) to even detect the bluetooth, and have tried a few different things to fix the problem without resolve. This is unfortunate, because it's such a good speaker, for the price!
