I bought this product only for the speaker. Although it came with a microphone!! So I have done some karaoke on this speaker and have had some great times with this speaker. The volume is loud all the way up and CLEAR no inequality of sound or distortions

I recently got this at my local ROSS, in need of a Bluetooth wireless party speaker for me and my friends' trip to a drive-in theatre, and it worked pretty well, especially with the low price, I'd say it's worth the price, especially since a mic is included for parties and karaoke nights, haha.
