While it does make the air in the room a little humid, this fan does the job and makes a hot room cooler. Lasts all day and comes with freezer packs that make the air even colder. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed with the performance of this unit. It doesn't live up to what it promises. We have tried putting ice packs and cubed ice to cool the water but it still just blows slightly cool air. We wish we could send it back!

The evaporative cooler has been perfect for this summer with our temps being in the 90's to 100 degrees each day. I love how easy this is to use and move around the house. 3 speeds and is has been keeping our room nice and cool!

Attractive, compact, portable, and best of all it cools the room. Add ice if you want it cooler or use the ice packs included in the box. Love it!

I cleaned the tank ONCE and now the pump doesnt work I didnt even do anything to it what a complete joke
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

NEWAIR has blown me away. This fan is amazing, I had to pull out my warm blankets in mid summer because my room gets ice cold. I love the attention to detail on the design. The fact that the light control button on the remote glows in the dark, sensational. The bar has never been higher for a cooling device. The fact that this evaporative air cooler can blow que in multiple directions simultaneously, is also worth mentioning. The only con I could find is it is a bit noisy when you choose anything aboveboard fan level 1. Regardless, it gets my room so cold I don't even mind the noise because I am already counting sheep. I would recommend this to a friend or anyone without a central AC in their apartment. It is a great fan.
