I would not buy this appliance again.

While we live in an ideal low humidity location for swamp type coolers to work, we did not get much cooling from this appliance. It seemed mainly to just increase the humidity in our living space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I Bought this product a week ago, we love in salt lake city in utah where we can have cold and hot days all year. It is super convinient that i can use this product as an ac during the summer and as a heater during the winter, the humidity in utah is very low so with the option where we can put water to make the enviroment a bit more humid it is pretty awesome. I will recommend to get one if you live in an area where the weather can be hot and cold during the year to have the best pf both world.
