[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start off by saying how excited I was about this camera. The excitement soon turned into a little sadness. It took me about six trys to get it running. It was saying to check wifi password also it said it had to be ran on 2.4 GHZ and not 5 GHZ of course I tried both since we have 2.4 for guest and 5 for us. Anyway continued to get the same results so I unplugged and tried again still same results will see the results my husband gets,hopefully we can get it up and running. We'll my husband has tried to get the camera running and we are getting the same results. We have followed the steps in the help section and we are still getting the same error message and this is after resettingthe camera and following steps to hook up. I'm so disappointed I really wanted this to work.
The camera has a very sleek design and a privacy window just wish I could get it to work .giving it 2 stars because it is a nice looking camera just doesn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great new way to be able to check on house when not home with just using wifi and not needing a subscription. The motion sensor is nice when anyone enters room. And the speaker feature is also nice to hear the kids from the other room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Cync camera. When I am away, I can check in on my senior dog, and when we travel, I can turn on notifications for security. The instructions were minimal, but after I dowloaded the Cync app, it led me through what to do, and it all went smoothly. I was able to add it to Google Home, but I cannot see the livestream in the Google Home app. It says that If I had a smart display or Chromecast that I could ask my Assistant to stream it there. The Cync app livestream display is great, and the free trial of cloud storage is nice. After the free trial, they offer monthly or annual cloud storage plans.

Great smart camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The settings up was pretty easy and the installation of the app was straight forward. This will give me a better view of what's going on when I'm not home. It collaborate with both smart devices and it can save video and pictures. Another awesome feature is the mic and live Audio.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are using this indoor wifi camera as a baby monitor. It is very easy to set up as it doesn't need anything else. It has very good resolution and very clear audio and you can even speak back through it if you want. Really helps at night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little camera is great. Easy to set up with just an easy app download. It has a big viewing area. Clear picture. It comes with 30 day free trial for storage recordings. You can also add SD mini memory card for your recordings. I would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We started using this camera since going back to work on the office so we could see and talk to our dogs. I know it sounds strange...talk to your dog...yes they had us at home for well over a year so going back to the office would be stressful on them too. So now we can check on them and even say HI! It has been a life saver for us and our 2 dogs! This is a must buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I knew this camera would be of great benefit for my family. My family are huge GE consumers. We love the quality of their appliances for the great price that they offer.
This camera will serve as a nursery camera for my 18 month old boy. At the moment we are using a camera that isn’t wireless. This indoor GE camera is going to be perfect because it’s wide capable and I can look at the video from my cellular phone.
