It’s relationship material, but with every relationship—they have their flaws.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a molecular geneticist and bought the he bottle out of pure skepticism. I highly doubted the efficacy of the proprietary UV light system. After using this device for a week (and following unofficial molecular testing), I recommend the LARQ bottle.
Cons:
• Price
• The button you press to start the light is made of a thin silicone that feels as if it would rip or deteriorate after too many pushes.
• I purchased the White/Cream colored bottle and it gets dirty very easily. Which brings me to:
I originally sought to purchase the navy bottle with the sleeve to refrain from the uncleanliness look it gives off (OCD molecular side of me) but the website was SOLD OUT of BOTH the navy colored bottle AND the sleeve. After receiving my order, they were then back in stock of the blue, SO IF YOU DONT NEED WHITE IN YOUR LIFE... WAIT.

Also, the sleeves still say out of stock—yet the company is pushing the bundle deals with the sleeve for each bottle... so this is a bit frustrating when you spend so much for a bottle that you (will eventually) truly love but can’t get the color or accessories you want because the company is pushing quantity over customer quality.
Side note: Customer Service is amazing. I didn’t receive my order the first go around (common in my neighborhood) and rather than run me through the loop with FedEx/USPS they sent another bottle—WITHOUT hesitation. You don’t find this with many companies.
So all in all, if you have big pockets for an insulted medium sized tumbler (granted, that keeps your water clean by degradation of Nucleic acids) BUY THIS 100%. But if you don’t and this is something you’d like to use daily, then (as hard as it is) wait it out and get the product you actually want.

This is a great product. I hated to think of all the bacteria left in a water bottle and now all that is solved. UV light is a very simple and neat way to assure that your water smell or taste hasn’t changed. Always fresh and clean.

Great water bottle but don’t see a difference from using my hydro flask bottles. I don’t taste a difference in the water either, but I always use filtered water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottle is beautiful but I am having thoughts about returning it. the bottle is heavy and I’m still getting used to it. It’s a great design but I don’t know if it’s worth it. I know the water is clean but it doesn’t filter tap water and tap water tastes heavy so I have to still search for ways to get filtered water. It’s makes for a great gift idea I just don’t know if I would buy this for myself.
