Awesome, so easy to use and clean. The thought of the very water being cleansed with futuristic technology was so satisfying with the end result of extreme safe drinking water.

Where should I start, first, bottle doesn't hold temperature as long as stated. My cold water would get warm within hours without bottle being opened or used, no 24hr as stated. Secondly, bottle would produce odor if not clean within a day. Self cleaning might be a play on words in my opinion.

Love the Bottle, but Not the Active Loop

I use the pure vis water bottle every day and love it; however, the active loop is a disappointment. If your water bottle is full and you're using the loop to hold it, it frequently falls off - to the point that I no longer use the loop - this is frustrating because the loop wasn't cheap.

I have the 25 oz. LARQ. It kept my water cold, and it was easy to drink from. I will be traveling out of country soon and the purification system is reassuring.

my cap broke and the company wont answer me

very frustrating. I have had the bottle for only 3 weeks or so and the cap wont work no matter how long I charge it it says it is dead. I reached out to the company and no one answered. the automated email told me to fill out a warranty claim and it is literally no where on the site.
