Shipping to Switzerland isn't great

Had to pay taxes and customs and processing at the border took forever. Shipping from the US to Europe is inconvenient and bad for the environment.

Don't buy they won't refund

I got it opened it put water in it and the water tasted bad after running through the filter want to return it. That's a lot of money to spend for a water bottle and the water tasted bad. “Sorry can only refund unused bottles” sad and horrible experience now I'm stuck with a very expensive paper weight. Don't buy

The ring to grab and go

The new concept of stretching a ring over the top of the bottle might be ingenious to some but the ring that used to be on the original bottle that had the filter. Attached was a bigger ring. A padded ring attached where it did not get in the way of charging the bottle Etc. I think you really need to revisit the top to this bottle and build in an attachment for a bigger padded ring. That's more comfortable to carry the bottle around with by doing that you can then choose where you're going to put the port to charge it, and it won't be underneath the rubber band it ring , we have to stretch over the curtain bottle just to have something to or easily carry it while on a walk or hike.

To be honest, I'm a little disappointed. My bottle slipped out of my bag while traveling and did not fall very far. Flight attendant with standard crew bags. So it maybe fell a foot from my lunchtime. The paint is now chipped and co times to chip. Sort of like a cheap nail polish. I just feel for the price and the drop that printed the paint to chip I'm kind of disappointed. A scratch is one thing but the paint chipping just again I find cheap.
