Easy to use

Easy to charge and use. I was not able to put the bottle in the separate insulation sleeve...and the rubberized sleeve with snap link? The odd slope makes it slide off or block screwing the lid on.

Impeccable design and great functionality. I have to hold the button down a bit to get it to engage, but I now that I know that it seems to function as designed. Only slight regret is not doing the custom engraving :)

Issues and not being Helped

Got it for my wife, she has an issue where protection mode doesn't work when the cap isn't on the bottle and it still turns on instead of showing orange on the cap. Also the button puffed out and is not flush with the rest of the cap for some reason. You guys have been ignoring her issues and not replying to her emails so honestly it has not been a great experience especially considering this is literally the most expensive water bottle ever.
