This was a gift for my boyfriend who for some reason always has funky water bottles. I’m hoping this helps but he’s also an adventurer and this is such a great device.

When Things Go Bad

Not every product is perfect. In my case the wand in my LARQ pitcher could not be recharged after its initial charging. Perhaps you see a two star review coming. Not at all. One does not always get perfection but with reputable companies one can count on things being made right.
The service I received from the LARQ staff was prompt, concerned, and courteous. Indeed, I was busy, and I dawdled in pursuing the matter after reviving their initial response to my concern. But the LARQ people wouldn’t let me. They reminded me that I had communicated a problem to them and needed to follow up. Once I showed them proof that the problem was with the wand and not due to a mistake I was making, they immediately arranged for a new wand to be sent out. I am writing before it has arrived, confident that this is a company I can trust.
BTW did I say that the filtered water from their pitcher is outstanding in its taste - it transforms my tap water so that’ when it is poured from the pitcher there is nothing off in either flavor or smell.

Love my Larq

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love The appearance, fresh taste and how my water stays cold for at least 12 hours even in a hot car. I take it with me everywhere even when I travel and use it every day. I accidentally left it on an airplane so I’ll be buying a new one ASAP.
