Disappointed in the durability of the bottle

The idea of the water bottle is great and I'm happy to have water I feel good drinking while I'm traveling or just out and about. I got the travel sleeve to go with the bottle and have taken it on a few trips so far and am disappointed to already see signs of wear and tear. I haven't dropped it, but the cap is somehow chipped already. For a water bottle this pricy, I expected more durability.

The cap doesn't fully close on the 25oz. Replacement also has the same issue.

I have always wanted to drink more water but never really kept up with it. It wasn't until LARQ that I finally improved. It's so convenient to drink clean tasty water. The great look of the bottle is just icing on the cake.

Saved From Airport Water Refills

I filled my previous bottle in the New Orleans airport and the water smelled and tasted horrible. I spit it out. The next day I ordered the Larq bottle. It is a lifesaver! The water is pure and crisp. No smells. I'll never use another water bottle.

Hopefully New Cap will work

I charged the cap, but when I went to purify water, it did not light up. I finally tried tightening it as hard as I could and it lit up, but then in subsequent bottles, only lit up sporadically. LARQ is sending new cap. Hopefully this will work, but now I'm in Egypt drinking bottled water instead of saving plastic and using purified water.
