Amazing Customer Service and Product

I received my LARQ bottle a few days ago from a retailer and there was something wrong with the bottom of the bottle and it wouldn’t sit flat on the table. I reached out to LARQ let them know what happened, sent them a video, and within 2 days they were already sending me a new bottle.
Investing in a water bottle like this feels so much better when you know you have great customer service to back up an already great product.
