[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed. I have used water bottles for many years - I dropped it once and the the double walled insulated bottle now has a huge dent in the side - very poor construction.

I was not thrilled with the paper instructions as they were very sketchy. But I figured it out on the website and I am totally pleased with the way it functions. It looks nice, too.

Can't eliminate the smell of it's own manufacturing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this bottle and even though it's execution is flawed I still like the idea of it. I received my bottle a little over a week ago and immediately noticed a sulfuric smell. Reaching out to customer support they told me this was due to their 'electropolishing'. I followed all their directions to remedy this- from soap and water to baking soda- and the smell still remains. Furthermore while using the bottle it fell from a coffee table onto a carpeted surfaced and immediately dented. Maybe in the future this company will work out it kinks but for now it seems to be growing too fast to have quality control.
