Almost perfect

There is a huge difference in taste between this water and the water in my old bottle. I started using my LARQ bottle immediately once I received it and out of habit reached for my old one when I went to take a vitamin. The difference in taste was HUGE. I never noticed it before but drinking straight tap water just has this funny after taste that I was used to but the LARQ bottle completely rids of. It's awesome. My only complaint is the size of the bottle. I refill this thing probably 10 times in a day and it's really annoying. They need to make a much larger bottle (while not increasing the price).

I just got my bottle yesterday from my early-bird kickstarter pledge. Sure it took longer than expected, but I've contributed to several kickstarters and very few of them are able to make their production goals in the estimated time. This is something we should expect as backers.
The bottle itself is great. I will be looking forward to them offering a larger version though. I drink a lot of water, and I drain this thing pretty fast.
The only downside as far as I can tell is that I have to come up with a way to prefilter murky water before putting it in the bottle. a fill-cap that does basic filtering would be a nice add-on for those of use who intend to use this thing in the wilderness.

First water bottle that captivated me in ONE DAY

I drink tea-infused water all the time, but once the tea is out in the air quite a certain time, the water tastes funny and funky. So this morning, I put tea water that has been a day old in LARQ, and LARQ surprised me so much. Not only the water had bubbles, the ones that you see right after Brita filter, and the tea water has not gone bad the whole day. Normally in other numerous water bottles that I have used, in the end of the day I can smell something funky on the bottle itself and taste something funky on the water, too. But LARQ didn't. Within one day of using, I am so glad that I participated in Kickstarter project of LARQ, and I got one for my brother, too, so I cannot wait for him to use and tell me that this is the coolest and the most efficient gift ever!

Great travel companion

I bought my LARQ to accompany me on my trip to India. Knowing of potential water quality issues, I felt it was the right decision to make. I didn't get sick during my trip — which was surely part to me sticking to bottled water, but LARQ gave me some extra confidence when drinking my water, knowing it was pure.
Traveling with the LARQ internationally was fine — I did experience a long and detailed check of my bottle at Frankfurt’s airport, which almost caused a flight to be loss. They had not seen one before. So if possible, avoid carrying it on your carry-on, unless you are not pressed for time on your connections.
Overall a great product and beautifully designed.

Worth every penny!

I love my LARQ bottle. Before I got it, I didn't like to drink tap water, which tastes a bit chlorine-y where I live. Now it tastes great and the bottle is always clean. The only thing I don't like about it is that I can't drink from while I'm driving because I can't open it with one hand, even when it's sitting in the cup holder.
