Great product and customer service

The bottle has been super useful especially with a busy travel season and not always having a good place to clean it or fill it with a trustworthy source. I was disappointed when it exhibited the red light defect, but Adria on the customer service team made the warranty claim a breeze. Four stars for the bottle's feel, finish, and function (minus one for the early run production issue). 5 stars for customer service.

Still smells

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure if the unit is defective but I still have a lingering smell when using this bottle. The cap is also not that well built. Tipped over and fell on the table and now has a slight dent. Where is the durability in that?
