Great, but major cap issue

This is mostly a great water bottle—sleek, well functioning, easy to use. However, after less than a week, the rubber ring in the cap that helps the cap screw onto the bottle started to pop out of place. I now have to adjust it several times a day by poking something inside of it, which feels potentially damaging to the technology, just so it screws on straight/without making a terrible screeching noise. Maybe I got a faulty cap. Besides that, enjoying my experience so far.

Not Bad - But Doesn't Keep Water Cold

It's not bad. I like the look and feel of it. Unfortunately, I didn't get the insulated one as I didn't think it would matter much, but this really doesn't hold the temperature at all. Otherwise it seems fine.

I really like how it self cleans. I keep expecting it to smell specially after a couple of days used nonstop, but the smell never comes like with other bottles. Just means it really does what it advertises: SELF CLEAN! Definitely will be buying more!

The item is ok as it’s functional. I don’t like how thin the metal is on the bottle. So if I put cold water in it. The bottle gets too cold and if I put hot water in it it gets too hot. Not very insulated like my other larq water bottle.
