I had the water bottle two days and it dropped and hit the corner of the counter. Dented and is very noticeable. Not good quality. Very disappointing.

It is little heavy bottle but why not? you can drink clean water everywhere! I got a loop accessory with it.

It works! I left my bottle on my desk and after the days, it just took one zap. The water tasted better than when it came out of the water dispenser.

The bottle is fine, but I wish we could return them. I feel like for us it would be better to just get the jugs of water instead of this bottle.
