My favorite new water bottle!

Love this water bottle. Stainless steel so no plastic is touching your water, the non-insulated version is not too heavy, and it feels good to know your water and the bottle are getting clean regularly. No more funny moldy smells!

Big downgrade from LARQ Original

Overall I’m disappointed with the Larq movement. After a year with the regular Larq I started developing issues with the bottle leaking, and decided to get a new one.
The larq movement looked like a superior product for a slight discount. It mentioned it wouldn’t be quite as insulted as the original, but I wasn’t expecting how drastic the difference was.
Filling it up with ice makes the bottle not only extremely cold to touch, but causes so much condensation on the outside of the bottle I need to wipe it down with a napkin before using it. The water inside the bottle gets to be room temperature seemingly as fast if not faster than a plastic water bottle.
The weight is nearly indistinguishable from the original, with the only pro being the rubberized bottom.
I immediately emailed larq to request an exchange with the original larq and was told as soon as I used the bottle it was ineligible for a return, and was instead offered 35% off a new larq.
Overall not a good experience with Larq or the new bottle.

I didn’t think it’s work as advertised, and I was WRONG. I LOVE this water bottle. I was concerned about traveling with it, and I haven’t had issues with TSA.

A germophobes dream

I am generally paranoid about germs, and the thought of bacteria in my bottle or glass prevents me staying well hydrated throughout the day and overnight. When I found out about Larq it was a godsend. I’m keeping so well hydrated now, and I’m so happy knowing my bottle is constantly sanitizing itself!

I got this because normal water bottles are hard to clean, and usually end up smelling/tasting bad after a while.
I've been using this for months, only use it for water, but I haven't needed to clean inside of it yet, just the mouth of the bottle where I drink from where the UV light doesn't hit, which is easy enough to clean.
