Flavor is good. Not sure I’m getting any health benefits. I’m diabetic and I could eat the entire bottle which would not be good. Wish I could lose weight, but I don’t think this product is actually for weight loss.

It's just a great product as a whole. I'm waiting for this pandemic to be over or come to a new normal so I can make an appointment with my primary doctor to get a phyiscal and see how much this product helped my health. I absolutely love them they are great at boosting you up and plus they are wonderful for your immune system and have so many vitamins. They are really great overall. They just take a long time by mail to receive and most of the time have to send an email to get updates on where they are.
