Great Monitor and an affordable price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor is used primarily for streaming and gaming. My son uses it daily. It has a great picture.It is a very sharp, clean, clear picture. This is a great monitor for at a great price point. The colors and the blacks are perfect! My son has left it on with a game paused for hours with no screen burn of the image. Also, my son has knocked the monitor over a few times and it did not hurt the screen or the frame

Significant Backlight Bleeding and Clouding

i bought 3 of these monitors both in person and through shipping.
the light bleeding is really bad on all monitors. i've returned 2 of them and replaced with 2 more, and the results were even worse.
i understand the nature of ips screens, and i am very reasonable with some light bleeding and clouding, but these monitors have the worst bleeding/clouding i've ever seen.
i don't want to only complain so there is some good news.
the picture very excellent, color, brightness and contrast, and the 2k resolution is really good.
the monitor itself is really nice and easy to assemble and has a nice set of options you can use to configure it.
overall, due to the very visible light bleeding and clouding (even when it's not dark), i could never recommend something like this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Defects on the screen

Just set this up and I also see the dead pixels/defects on the screen that another reviewer had. I see four in total, ranging in 1-2mm in size. Some are light gray, others are really dark and noticeable if the screen is white enough.
