Excellent travel bag, able to fit 4 days of clothes without expanding. Smooth wheels and the dual access is nice to have. Expanding handle is a little wobbly.

Design is excellent.
Can open front flap in tight places, without having to unfold clamshell.
And can lock front flap and main suitcase for increased security.
Top quality materials.
Highly recommend.

Great piece of luggage. Super sturdy and great capacity. It just went to Africa for 3 weeks and I must rarely it as outstanding. The compartments are great and allow separation of bush gear from nice clothing. I got it because my daughter is a weekly traveling road warrior in her profession. TUMI luggage lasts years of airline abuse better than any other brand. I bought this based on her experience.

double charged for the case, before eventually giving back the monies and deciding they wouldnt deliver the case. they have now asked for a review of the case we didnt get. a bit of a shambles.

Great bag, not great service

Love the bag, but the zipper broke after using one time. Called Tumi and instead of just replacing the bag, I need to got through process of sending in for repair. I think given it was only used once and within a month of purchase, a replacement would have been warranted.
