Every time I open a drawer in the refrigerator, I have to open the door all the way and I have only limited space in my kitchen. Also the Craft Ice maker has to be replaced.

I moved from a French Door to this type, as my back pays for digging into a frozen treasure chest. Love, love love the door-in-door fridge side, and prefer the sleek look of all stainless steel instead of the smoky glass on this area. Don't really need to view the contents where we keep dinks, milk, cream, etc.
Love the wi-fi, which I didn't think I would care for, but after being on vacation, and losing power at the house, it was nice to monitor when it came back on. There's plenty of room in both sides.
It looks beautiful, especially with my new LG range.
I thought the stainless steel would have fingerprints all over it, which it does if you stray from the middle 'handles', however they wipe right off with a clean damp cloth - didn't even have to use my SS cleaner.

I don't have to bend down to hunt for something in the freezer. This is very important to any 74 years old person like me. The door on door works great. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently built a new house and wanted to have the door in door LG like the one we left in our old home. It was not available when it was time to move in so I had to settle for another brand. I was very unsatisfied and was able to return it and get the LG I wanted. The best part of this appliance is the storage and organization. Every bit of space is used efficiently to provide the maximum storage which was not the case with the other brand. I love the craft ice and the fact that the ice and water dispenser is taller and I am able to get my tall tumbler under it with no problem also not the case with the other brand. It operates quietly and keeps everything cold and the crisper helps keep produce fresh longer that the other brand. I love the convenience of door in door. It looks nice and the only regret I have is that I was not able to get the black stainless and the stainless seems to show more prints than I would like.

Pros: Very quiet, works excellent, looks good, fast ice, craft ice option.
Cons: Lack of compartments in refrigerator (no butter, eggs, meat or any other flip ups.) The pulls on the lower bins are on the bottom... very stupid!
The WiFi is not very useful: you can only change temperatures, but can't read the actual temperature. You can't turn the ice makers on and off remotely, only the amount of ice. The WiFi will not come back on if you have a power interruption.
