Bad, not ready for release, horrific CS experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very bad experience, the laptop came damaged with the pen not working properly, Wi-Fi connection dropping, and a dent on the touchpad. As a flagship machine (Titanium X1) this product should have gone through better QC. The customer support was a nightmare, I should have been offered a replacement immediately with ONE phone call and also as a courtesy been offered extended warrant since it seems this newly released machine has some issues. Instead I had at least over 10 attempts to contact Lenovo, jumped though many hoops and departments and did not receive the proper support. One time they the chat transferred me to Japan and they told me they dont speak English. Finally they emailed me back and they lied to me and said it was out of stock and it was clearly in stock and on the website. All the technicians where very incompetent and would say simple things such as did you reboot the machine after I had waited an hour to talk to them. It's a flagship device that is very expensive and as a busy professional this was a major failure and inconvenience for me, I would have expected better from Lenovo. I had spent a lot of time researching and waiting for this laptop since CES. I reluctantly placed another order on my own (CS couldn't do it) for an X1 Nano and hoping, this one last chance, it will work out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only improvement I would like to see is in the sound and the capability to enhance movie display to full screen without the black border appearing on the top and bottom of screen.
