[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy this laptop alot it has everything I am looking for. The reason I'm giving it a 4 is that it runs super well but once it turns on and is running it heats up super fast and gets really hot. It does the same when charging and I've run a diagnostic test but nothing seems to be wrong but other than that I'm really enjoying this product.

Memory started to fail

Sadly I updated this to the maximum possible 16Gb Ram from the Manufactured, however it started to fail since a couple of weeks ago, making crash the Windows, and now I can not even enter to the windows due to this
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
