However, when updating the BIOS, received error code "BIOS directory cannot be found.". Still in the process of the replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Better than we i waiting for, i receiced the laptop around 3 business days after my order, after i open the box, it looks so cool, compare to other brand, it costs little bit more, but you can see the different when you open it. I hope it can last for couple years same like my othe laptop. Happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great Laptop. The battery lasts long and charging is super quick (60 minutes), which is awesome when you are mobile. I am impressed with the boot up, this device is up and running in 5 seconds and using the fingerprint login makes it even more convenient. The performance is great but the only downside is that I can't upgrade the memory since it is soldered. The camera and microphone work well in video conferencing; the camera makes decent quality videos. For the money that I have spent on this laptop I definitely got my value out of it. Great product!
