Stopped working

When I first bought it I had a 1500 gph pump and it moved very slow and stoped all the time like it was stuck. I then bought a pool 2500 gph pool pump. Boy was I excited because the cleaner was zooming across the pool and would not get stuck. Now, after about 3 weeks, the dadgum thing gets stuck on the walls and not it just stops in the middle of the pool. Very disappointing.

Disappointing! Don't buy this vacuum!

We've had to get this vacuum replaced three times. Each of the three vacuums has given us the the same issues. The vacuum moves in the pool when we first get it and after a few uses it stops moving. The gear module locks into one position. Once it does this the vacuum will not move. This vacuum not worth your money or time to purchase and it's just a huge headache. I have decided that I will be buying a completely different brand moving forward. Intex has lost my business.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quit after a month

Worked great when I got it, now when I hook it up, the flow slows way down as I'd the is a blockage but I have checked everything. My pump is a 2500gph and the pump works great when this cleaner is not attached.

This product works great but the dang net breaks all the time, they need to fix the design on that. Other than that it's a 5 star product

Valve orings

The shuttle valve prongs do not last long in chlorine. They should be made of viton or silicon. The bot will only move in one direction when the seals fail.

Intex auto cleaner

It start working as advertise for a while but then the swivel wheels stop swiveling and are dragged alone the floor of the pool and wear off the rubber ant then the machine cannot move and this is my second cleaner because when I got the first one it was after the warranty and I end up buying another before I realized what was the culprit for my machine not moving. Believe me all this machine need is a better swivel wheel and I can guaranty it will be real good. I'm sure with the expert engineers Intex can come up with a much better swiveling wheel. The I will give them a 5 star review.
