Fisher Price Snuggle Koala was ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First have to say it arrived very quick and I love that. Upon opening, my son was mesmerized by it. But very quickly took the battery operated hunk of plastic out since the back is a very easy velcro to take apart. (As opposed to snaps or a zipper). It was more of a game for him to open the velcro and take it out as opposed to sleeping with it as it was intended.
As for the toy to sleep with, it is very soft but my husband did point out that it was creepy when it glowed red at night when it should be sweet and peaceful. The leaf I think shouldnt even be there in the belly. It's weird. The motorized belly was also creepily low to his personal area and didnt read it was his belly as much it was his lowest area if you know what I mean. Trying to keep it g rated here but I personally would not buy this toy. It said 0 years old as if it was for any age. My son is 2 years and 6 months and he very quickly took it apart as it was too easy to do for him.
My recommendation is to make the velcro snaps instead , change the color to something other an ominous red and perhaps have it speak or talk or sing a lullaby. It read that he got bored with it easily and the sound effects, as nice as the music was should also be some kind of lullaby. to keep his iinterest That or rate it for 1 year or under

Cute snuggle buddy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little koala comes equipped with multiple songs and soothing sounds as well as a breathing belly and soft light. My baby loves to snuggle up with this and listen to the sounds in her crib. The koala is soft to the touch and doesn’t have any loose parts that will fall off or be easily removed by little fingers.

Adorable Koala!

He was already using a noise machine with ocean waves to help him fall asleep and now he just needs his little snuggly Koala! I also love that we can take this with us wherever we go and he will have his sleep sounds for nap time!

Amazing Koala

She has slept great with this otter; she prefers the white noise option with the light and breathing motion. I would recommend this soother to anyone! sometimes it provides the feeling of someone sleeping next to me baby, it plays music, has a heartbeat feature and it has this little fan!

Love the sounds

So Soft!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Koala is so soft and snuggly despite having a largely plastic interior. There is an easy to use velcro back that opens to reveal a battery pack and several buttons to select the features you want and the timer. I love the option to choose between music, white noise, and other noises like breathing or heartbeat and that there are multiple volume levels. I also like that you can choose each category separately so that you can have the noise on with or without the light. While these controls are in the back and closed up with the velcro, you can also then turn your choices on and off by gently pressing the koala's belly.
We started using this toy when my youngest was 8 months old. It doesn't seem to keep him asleep with the breathing option as suggested but it may have worked if we started using it when he was younger.
My 3 year old has also been enjoying this toy carrying it around and taking care of it. I have noticed that because the belly is the on/off button, he often turns it off accidentally by hugging it. He can easily turn it back on himself though.
