Easy and simple to use/data is hit or miss

Super convient and easy to use and take down and very portable.
Not sure if it's me and how I set it up but the data tends to vary greatly outdoors vs indoors and it picks up better with pro vx1 vs other balls and the data is by a large margin. Also with club speed.
I've used a very accurate laser and set up for precise measurements and it's still pretty wonky but for a new golfer watching your swing and any type of real time data is worth it

Entertaining, does what I need

Used a few dozen times, enjoy playing simulation rounds with my kids, does everything I need as I am new to golf and just trying to get basics down. The features it is missing, such as spin axis, I happily gave up to save $2500 over its competitors that had that feature with similar accuracy. Only downside so far is it fails to read quite a few drives and 3-wood shots that dont have high launch angle.

Great Benefit To My Game

good unit

It is a good unit. responding time is quick. But just feel that the reading is not accurate. for example, my normal driving distance at course is around 200 yard. R10 shows 160/170/180.

It doesn't seem to work perfectly at the driving range where the mat is a different height than the device, or where the sometimes isn't quite enough room to put it a full 7 feet behind the ball. However, it does get most of the hits from a mat and it seems to get just about every ball from grass. It also seem very accurate. I have taken it to a full simulator and it was typically within a few yards of what the sim showed. I love having this handy and recording videos to evaluate my swing. Would definitely recommend.

Inconsistent

I’ve had this device for 2 years now and I noticed the software on the R10 hasn’t been updated. Right now it’s very inconsistent of tracking my golf shots and it’s frustrating sometimes.
