Haven’t even owned it a year so literally only this summer season of use and started leaking and making super loud sounds just to find out the manufacture warranty is only good for six months. Save your money don’t purchase from them.
Their only advice was for me to re-purchase a new one and buy an extended warranty on the new one.

I have had a terrible time with my pool this year. The pool had turned green and nothing was helping. I upgraded to this sand filter from the cartridge that came with the pool. After 2 weeks there was noticeable improvement and keeps getting better everyday. Great investment.

I purchased this as a replacement for the small filter that came with the 16' Coleman Power Steel Pool I purchased last month. Easy set-up and running well so far. I ended up adding an over the wall skimmer and a better return valve than what came with the pool which work great as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to hookup, doesn't work

I bought this pump 2 weeks ago and it hasn't worked correctly since day 1. Everything is hooked up correctly but it loses pressure after about 15 minutes and water barely trickles out of the outlet with almost no suction.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sand filter tank is junk.

The sand filter tank didn't even last 3 months without failing.
We even made a custom sun shade to cover the pump and filter from the sun.
It was set on a concrete slab and noticed a puddle of water when the pump was on.
Low and behold, there is a crack at the bottom of the tank spraying out water.
Since you can't buy another tank (all websites say out of stock) we're forced the buy from another manufacturer. Very disappointed.
