Scott's EZ seed Dog spot repair

I was so excited when I learned of this product! Last winter my husband and I bought our first dog ever which has taken some time to get use to especially with my lawn. Now that Summer time is approaching and I'm out in my yard more and more working on different projects, I seem to notice circles of dead grass that I later learned were from our dog Copper urinating on the lawn. I HAD to find a solution for this problem because I spend a lot of time on my yard to look nice. I did some research and learned about Scott's product, EZ seed dog spot repair. I went out the next day and bought some and to my suprise...yes, suprise, I wasn't so sure that it would actually do the trick and help but it did. It worked wonderfully. It's def a must have if you have a dog and take pride in your lawn! Thanks Scott's!

Easy to use all in one product

This product is easy and convenient to use for filling in small barespots. I think for larger ares the cost is too high.
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective
Cons: overpriced

Am still trying (this is my third purchase) to repair the dead spots where my dog has peed. I haven't given up, but it is getting expensive. I will keep you posted.

We have two dogs that kill the grass in areas all over the yard.
I have tried almost every seed available, this product is easy to use and best of all it works. Save time and money with Scotts EZ Seed Dog Repair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This worked great and I sort of fenced off the area I patched with a small wire garden fence just to keep the dog off that area until it got established.
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective, Good Directions
Cons: sort of expensive but worked great

EZ Seed - part 3

This is the third part of the review. The last time the grass had grown 1-2".
As I look at the area treated, the seed that has sprouted is strong and weed-free. But there are some patches where the grass hasn't come up. Fortunately, it was as I had expected and I held some seed out in the event this happened. I will be spreading the rest in the bare patches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my dog but I also love my grass. I tried other grass seed last year and was unsuccessful. I talked to an employee at our local hardware store that recommended this. Went home, removed dead grass, loosed and removed dirt, sprinkled some EZ seed, replaced dirt on top, watered once a day; and saw grass within one week. Thank you EZ seed

I tried this product last month on a spot that I needed to fill in after my dog killed off the area. It took a little longer to germinate than I expected, but it was admittedly very dry and I didn't water as well as I should have either. Seems to be doing well now. Would definitely recommend the Turf Builder Dog Spt Repair.
