[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grass seed mix was easy to spread and fairly fast results. I planted in a mostly shaded area and had some success. I may have planted in area with to much shade and did not have as good as results as areas with a mix of sun and shade. The area with some sun had good results.

Scott’s verses seed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I planted Scott’s turf builder rapid grass sun& shade mix verse grass seed. Scott’s was up first and was dark and lush. I took photos of the progress and the desk green is the Scott’s product. I didn’t water either very much because it wasn’t close to the house. It a good product and easy to apply.

No luck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not have very much success with this product. I tried 3 different spots. One was in a small patch of sparce grass. Next was a completely bald spot then last was a newly prepared site. The only thing I noted was how green the spot of sparce grass got. The fertilizer in the product is great. After 3 weeks I still have not seen any increase of grass

Amazing product; recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grass seed is amazing! It grows well and leaves no spotty patches, I’m pretty sure all the seeds that were laid, sprouted. I used it to fill in spots in our backyard from where our dogs did their business and it had no problem sprouting. I would definitely recommend this product

Good filler seed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to patch in a bare spot in my yard so it wasn't an overly large area, but it did come in very quickly and seemed to take good hold. Admittedly, the weather was absolutely perfect growing, so that helped, but this took less 'babysitting' that a usual seed. Good stuff!

Rooted and sprouted in no time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scotts Rapid Grass is exactly that, Rapid! I had an area that was split sun and shade and I was having the hardest time getting grass to grow there. I followed the directions on the bag and watered and I am growing a thick lawn for the first time.

Fast healthy grass
