It’s grass seed

Of rain so I have to believe it will eventually sprout. I do not notice any greener effects from fertilizer in the surrounding grasses, maybe the release is slower. Seed with added soil seems to work better, or seed and straw seem to produce better results than this product as of to this point

Fast working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a bad winter and it really did a job on our yard. When Spring got here it needed a lot of work. In between rainy days we were able to get this on the grass. It is very fast working and our yard looks great. Would recommend this very highly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would say that I really like this Scotts Turf Builder Rapid Grass Sun & Shade Mix because I had areas in my yard that really needed new grass to grow and after putting this grass seed on the areas that I needed grass to grow it seemed to grow very fast and it seemed to fill in the spots where I needed new grass to grow very well. Also it is very simple to use and it seems to grow grass in areas that have shade or areas that see a lot of sun very well.

One stop shop grass seed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this product to fill some bare spots in my yard. Second pic is 2 weeks after sewing. I put this down in several places. It isn’t magic, the places my irrigation system hit everyday grew, the places that weren’t watered as well didn’t grow. Overall I’m happy with the product, basic biology right? Needs water and some sun. I like it has the fertilizer mixed in so there isn’t a lot to do. I mixed in a little peat moss for moisture control and to help rooting.

Excellent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Early spring if placed early the workload is less due to April showers, it works grass grows very quickly … as a dog owner there are areas in the spring that need reseeding, rough up the dead grass with a rake, place the Scott’s product water first time , let it grow , don’t cut the grass first time, this is a superior product!!!

Rapid thick growth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After properly preparing the site for planting and ensuring the seed had consistent watering, the grass began sprouting in just a few days. At 21 days, it is now extremely thick and providing excellent coverage. Before using this product I had trouble getting grass to grow in this area due to the shade and large tree, but this all changed once I used this excellent Scotts product. This was even done in late spring when the conditions were not ideal and I still had amazing results.

Covered Barren Spot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a few barren spots about the size of dinner plates. I've tried a few kinds of seeds to fill in the space. When I got turf builder rapid grass I scraped the ground as I had the previous times and cast the seed. I watered it each day for about 2 weeks. I'm hoping the grass continues to fill in.

What Rapid Grass? YOU GOT IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a BEAUTIFUL Scott's lawn but we struggled to have beautiful grass under one of our trees that is in our front yard. NOT ANYMORE! This Rapid Grass did an awesome job of filling in the bare spots and was the cherry on top of an already beautiful SCOTT'S lawn! If you are thinking about purchasing this product, DO IT! You will not be disappointed.
