[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product comes with easy to follow instruction and has worked exactly like the package states. Followed watering instructions on package and already have grass sprouting. Time will tell how fast it gets thick.

Grows fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rapid Grass goes fast in sunny areas and shaded areas. Needs lots of water as with all grass. Filled in bare spots well. I would use Scotts - Scotts Turf Builder Rapid Grass Sun & Shade Mix again. Nice Grass.

Fast grass!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed how quickly the grass starting growing. I have almost an acre of lawn and the previous homeowner didn’t maintain the lawn well. I’ve been improving trouble areas for the last two seasons and this product is perfect for helping me get new grass growing quickly. Plus, it blends in very nicely with my existing lawn. Highly recommend giving it a shot if you need to repair trouble areas or developing new lawn.

Slow Grow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used another product of this type last fall and saw very little growth early on. However, when spring came around I was very pleasantly surprised by the growth and quality of the grass thay ultimately covered a hard to cover area with which we've struggled for several years. I anticipate the same results as the summer progresses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Grows well when kept watered. This is a great alternative for areas that are difficult to grow grass. Take your time, be patient, & keep it wet for at least a couple weeks, & you'll be fine with nice grass. I don't know the hardiness yet of this grass though.

Beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this grass and it only took about a week or two to have beautiful green grass. It didn't matter if I put it in full sun or mostly shade, it grew just as good anyplace. I was really impressed that the 1st time I used it on bare dirt and it didn't need another application.

There were some bare and patchy spots in the yard that needed repaired. The Scott’s rapid grass sun and shade mix with fertilizer works great and is easy to apply!
