[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with this sun and shade mix. We have a hard time getting grass to grow under one of our trees and this mix has worked! First off, this is a high quality product. I know with this brand, I will get a quality product. It's really easy to apply the seeds as well. You don't need to use a ton to get the job done either! I also love that this mix includes the fertilizer too, so it's an all in one product.
The biggest thing I like about this mix, is that it starts working fast. It grows grass two times faster than other products, as long as you apply it as directed. All you have to do is make sure to keep it watered and let it grow! It's really easy to use this grass mix.
All in all, this is a great product, and I am happy with it so far! If you have issues growing grass, you should try this mix! It works wonders and you will be happy you did!

That's why I like Scotts Turf Builder Rapid Grass Sun & Shade Mix. My grass will grow in both sun and shade spots. I recommend this Scotts Turf Builder Rapid Grass Sun & Shade Mix.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scott’s grass seed is one of the easiest to use. Grows in shade and sun so no need for different kids of grass seed one bag does it all. Just pour the seed into a Scott’s seed spreader, follow directions on bag and enjoy lush green grass in just a few weeks!!

Very easy to use; good mix of seed

I liked that there was a good variety of seed cultures included. Unfortunately we had a long period of heavy rain after I planted it. I am hoping that enough stuck around that I'll begin seeing results soon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Put this down I'm an area that had no grass as I just cleaned out some shrubs and put fresh soil. I did half with the rapid seed and half with regular seed. Rapid seed starting coming up about 2 weeks before the regular. Both green and healthy.

Definite Growth, Easy to Apply

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a long winter, I was finally able to try out this product. As with all Scotts products that I've tried, it's easy to apply and has more than enough in a bag to cover most standard yards. While the grass definitely got a boost from this, it's hard for me to quantify how "rapid" the growth actually was. I would say it's on par with other fertilizers I've used in the speed of growth. Overall, I'm pleased by the effect the fertilizer had and can definitely see a difference in my lawn.

Easy to keep watered too. Looking forward to it filling in completely. Now if I can just keep my kids off of the spots! LOL
