[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to apply with Scotts hand held spreader. After thatching the area I applied sifted top soil, seed, a thin layer of top soil, Scotts Starter Fertilizer and watered twice a day. Grass came up in no time.....great.
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective, Good Directions, Quality, Value

Fast growing grass seed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Less than two weeks ago I attacked several bare spots that cropped up in my lawn this year. As evidenced by the photo, I have gotten great results in a short period of time. Luckily, the SE portion of Michigan has gotten its fair share of rain in the past week so I have not had to water separately. The seed still has a ways to go, but I am very pleased by what has taken hold already in less than two weeks. This is a great product - I will definitely continue to use Scotts' grass seed in the future.
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective, Good Directions, Quality, none

Good Seed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always liked the quality of Scott's products. I have used other seeds and when you pour them in a spreader you can see you are getting "other" things from the bag. With Scott's you get seed which means less chance of growing new weeds with your new grass
Pros: Easy to Use, Good Directions, Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having great success with this product. Put don about 2 weeks ago. Very good success with the seeds sprouting. You have to follow directions and make sure the seeds stay moist. I have mine with a timer. Waters every 5 hours or so. Will be thick and lush in 2 more weeks.
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective, Good Directions, Value
