Easy to apply with quick results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After completing some dirt work to dig a ditch and level the surrounding area, I used this product. It was easy to apply with my spreader. Our temperatures have been on the very high side of the maximum optimal temperature and some of the seed washed down in storms, but I am seeing growth and am happy with how fast I saw the first bit of growth, after about a week. This product is a combiantion seed, fertilizer, and soil conditioner and I am happy with my results at this point.

Turf Builder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Turf builder does what it says it does, builds up the turf. My lawn looks best when I sprinkle this in after a fresh cut. The blades look stronger and I’m sure the roots are as well. I won’t use any other product on my lawn.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thos grass seed is absolutely phenomenal. We have three large trees in our side yard and dogs which means it's shady for many hours of the day and extremely difficult to get grass to grow. decided to take a chance on this grass seed and thought if this doesn't work then we will be mulching everything. Let me tell you when I say surprised, I mean it. The grass seed went down and we watered it daily, in a matter of just a few days there were already some new little sprouts coming up in the yard. Unfortunately we did get a couple of mornings that were extra fridgid, so I'm not sure it will continue to thrive, but the fact we saw so much new growth makes me very excited to see the full potential of this grass seed.

Great seed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK I had some bare spots on my lawn in multiple places, so what I did was I loosen the soil and I had some fertilizer that I put down and I planted the seed, and within don’t know maybe 10 days or so. I started noticing that there was grass growing on the spots, and now the spot is completely filled in I’m very happy with this, and I would do this again on any other bare spots. I will try to over seed in the fall with this seed.

Dense Shade? No Problem with this Seed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have grass growing! It took a week, but it's starting to fill in. Got an early start planting this seed. The trees are just starting to bud, so I am getting some additional sunlight. The weather hasn't really co-operated, but the growth signs are definitely encouraging.

Great for the area

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seed was great for a specific area of my yard. This area typically needs reseeding due to traffic. The area gets less sun and typically takes addition time and maintenance. This product grew with minimal effort.

Works well for true shade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for shady areas, but not as wonderful in part shade. Careful if you have a mix. I’d recommend waiting until you have full shade areas to use it in, like where you have shade at least 6+ hours out of the day!

Planted today, now is the wait and water time
