Great Grass Seed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grass seed is just perfect if your yard is shady and gets very little sunlight. I love having trees in my yard, but all the shade makes growing grass really difficult. I love that this grass seed will grow in just 3 hours of sunlight. It has root-building nutrition which will give you a stronger lawn. After prepping the area I wanted to seed, I water it each day to keep the ground moist. It's been about 2 weeks and I can see grass coming up. Very happy with this grass seed and I will be purchasing more for other areas of my yard.

Lush, Heavy Traffic Backyard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two weeks ago l spread Scotts Turf Builder Grass Seed Dense Shade Mix in my backyard. This yard only receives 4-5 hours of sun daily. It also serves as a playground for my grandchildren. The seed has begun to fill in the bare areas of my lawn. I anticipate that in another 2-3 weeks that my grandchildren will be playing on a lush green yard!

We have grass again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have new growth coming up! Our target area was all dirt. It was easy to sow the seeds and then cover with hay. Now we have beautiful green growth coming up. I can’t wait to see it in another month!

Good shade mix for overseeding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to apply for overseeding a bare part of my lawn that sits under a large oak tree. Seed sprouted quickly with daily watering in the early spring. Appears to be strong and haven’t had much rain but has helped maintain soil retention.

Fungicide treated grass seed with added nutrition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scott's Dense Shade grass seed is a healthy blend of Fescues and Blue Grass. It is treated with a fungicide which visually shows how the seed is distibuted on the lawn since it is a blue color. An added feature is that there is some fertilizer blended in with the seed to help start it. I also like the resealable bag. I'll let you know how well the grass grows in a few months

Fantastic Fescue!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All I can say is wow!! This is a fantastic fescue and once you put in the seed, it comes back very quickly. In addition the roots came back more lush and stronger. I cleaned the area, then put the seed and covered it with Scott’s soil. I watered it twice a day and within a week saw the grass sprouted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this grass seed! Roots Scott’s Miracle Grow has been a staple for our home for a long time. Recently the road crew tore up our yard and we used this grass seed to fix the issues and it came up beautifully within just a few days! I couldn’t believe how green and lush it was. I would definitely recommend this product!
