Quite and easy grass seed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had several patches in our yard and decided to give Scotts Turf Builder grass seed a try. Prepared the spots as directed, kept moist and about 2 weeks later a green carpet! All the patches were gone and a thick lush lawn appeared!

Pretty Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grass seed was added to a shade area with limited if any sun and the product worked better than I expected during the summer season. This will be the first season for winter so I will know next season how it will perform over all. Otherwise, the grass in this area grew in pretty good. My lawn s watered every day regardless. So I do not know if they played a part in its growth.

The best seed to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dark area grass seed ! I tried other seeds , only to waste time and money. I have a large tree that has a 10x10 area of yard in the shade. I would say it’s almost 3/4 of the day in the shade. I raked to ruff up the soil. Threw the seed down. Then I watered. And watered. Within a few days I seen sprouts. Then I had grass. It coved the bare area nicely.

Works over and over

Perfect for over seeding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seed worked great after I dethatched my lawn. I was a bit concerned because I thought I had ruined the lawn. I over seeded and in a couple of weeks the bare spots started to fill in. My lawn was saved. I won't worry when I dethatch next time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works great just make sure that you scruff up the dirt and put some Grass clippings on top of it, it comes up within seven days and it looks fantastic I highly recommend it. Also make sure to water every day! Very happy

This product DOES grow grasses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grass seed grows grass reliably. This is a quality grass seed as the the Scott’s label represents. Follow the direction and cover the seed with a little bit of dirt to discourage birds from dining and keep the area moist.
