[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little waffle maker used it this morning it worked great going to go out and buy a bigger one so that it will be faster for breakfast and grilled cheese sandwiches so if you are a single person this would be a great little waffle and sandwich maker for them very nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little grill makes wonderful toasted cheese sandwiches. By changing out the grill plates to the waffle plates. You can make a variety of foods. It's not just for waffles. I liked bot having to mess with on and off switches, you plug it in for on, unplug for off. Easy peasy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This waffle maker & sandwich grill is very compact; I expected it to be bigger. This appliance would be suitable for small households not only because it takes up minimal space but also because you can only make one waffle or sandwich at a time. It is perfect for when you or your older children want a quick, hot sandwich. It heats up quickly and cleanup is breeze due to the removable plates. The plates can be easily hand-washed or put in a dishwasher. It is recommended to preheat the unit prior to use. There is an indicator light on the top which remains red until this unit has reached the cooking temperature, then the light goes out. This light is the only way of knowing if the appliance is still maintaining the correct cooking temperature. Therefore, you will see it turning on and off as it regulates the temperature. It is recommended to grease the plates with a little oil before first use. I made a grilled cheese sandwich and the butter on each slice was enough to grease the plates. When making sandwiches, it is recommended to lock the handle. Yet when making the waffles, it is advised not to lock the handle, or the waffle will not be able to rise. Although I did not make waffles yet, the enclosed manual states it takes about 4 minutes for them to be done. There is no timer on this unit so you will need to keep an eye on the food to make sure it does not burn. My sandwich was done within 2 minutes. The sandwich was just as good as the ones I make in a pan and without the additional pan to wash! This would make a great gift for someone with reduced living quarters. Additionally, because of its compact size, it can fit easily in a travel bag to make a quick snack or small meal when away from home and have access to an electrical outlet. Lastly, the cord readily wraps on the bottom of the grill after use for easy, organized storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so easy to use! Plug it in, turn it on. It heats up quickly. The removable grill and waffle plates pop out easily for a thorough cleaning. It is small and lightweight, so it can be stored practically anywhere. It makes a good waffle. I really enjoy making grilled sandwiches with it. Fast, easy, and DELICIOUS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this but it really wasn’t what I expected at all. I did like making grilled cheese and toaster strudels in it but if I tried to make a second one immediately after making the first it just didn’t get hot enough. It seems to take longer to cook thinks successively, actually had to unplug it and start over to make additional waffles or anything else. I tried recipes from the included book and they were pretty good but definitely halve recipes because with how slow things cook in here you will give up long before using much of the batter. The cooking surface is the size of a regular slice of bread so if this got a little hotter it would have been great for hash browns, but sadly it wouldn’t work.The plates are easy to switch out and clean up nicely which was nice but they aren’t very substantial, they are really lightweight. I found that I had to flip over French toast for it to cook on both sides and resorted to cooking additional pieces in a skillet because it took so long to make just one. Grilled cheese was probably the best thing I made, I buttered the bread first which made for a delicious sandwich so this is now our official grilled cheese maker. This would probably work out for a college student’s dorm room or kids to make an after school snack but if you want to make more than one of anything the time it takes to make even one of anything makes it impractical. Pros were easy cleanup and removable plates, cons included slow cooking time and inconsistent cooking times for foods cooked in succession.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
