[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for a small family. The dimensions are small. Don't plan to make anything with a sauce or gravy on this griddle there are no sides. But, the griddle is very light weight, heats well. Great for a small number of pancakes or eggs. I have not attempted to cook multiple items on here at one time due to the size of the pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This griddle works well for eggs, toasts, hot dogs, and even veggies. However, it is not great for bacon or anything that drips excessively because the griddle will not hold the grease and I cannot find a good way to drain it. That definitely is one feature that is missing. It heats up quickly and the temperature holds well and seems to be accurate. We will be using mostly over the weekend to change our breakfast routine a bit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sized easy to use griddle. Light weight around 5 pounds. Pretty easy size to store away. Indoor use but I feel this is a great camping item. Good amount of surface for food to cook. I made 6 thick French toast at once. 3 grilled cheese sandwiches fit at once as well. 2 good sized steaks can fit on this griddle at once. Endless cooking opportunities using this griddle. Had no problems with this product. It is a great addition to any kitchen.

A kitchen necessity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this griddle and I now wish I've always had it. It is so convenient when cooking certain things like grilled sandwiches. I am now able to make six at a time, which is way better than the two I was able to make before. It's also great for bacon, eggs, burgers, or about anything that you would cook in a frying pan but don't have the space for. It has an excellent non stick surface that cleans easily and it is slim enough to store easily as well. I find this to be a great product and I highly recommend it.

Handy little grill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received this grill and have used it for fried eggs, bacon, fish, hamburgers, and pancakes. It was great for the bacon (it cooked evenly and the ends didn't curve as much as when I fry bacon in a pan) and great for the pancakes. The grill is indented on the sides to catch the grease. Because the grill is just 9 inches wide, when I tried to fry eggs, sone of the whites of the eggs would tend to run into the narrow grease-catching little grooves before it had a chance to harden. Also, because the grill has a non-stick surface, I found it difficult to get a spatula under the eggs to flip them. The eggs would just slide over the surface. Flipping the pancakes, however, was easy. I found the fish to be dry when I grilled them, but hamburgers came out OK. I think I'll stick to skillets for my eggs and fish, but I'll use it for my bacon and pancakes. It's SUPER easy to clean because of its non-stick surface. All in all, it's a handy little grill.

Beyond Wonderful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a Fun Weekend we had! We had gotten an Elite Cuisine Electric 17" Indoor Griddle and Papa wanted to get started on his cooking!
With the Griddle Warming up fast we hurried to make all the breakfast mixes so they would be ready to cook. The Elite Cuisine 17" Griddle has a non stick surface and Nice Thick Handles which helps with my cooking skills. It really helped me stay focused so that my food was beyond Wonderful!!
Also, remember to pick up Your Elite Cuisine Electric 17" Indoor Griddle and Enjoy Your Cooking Time Chart that was provided!!!

Spacious and Heats up fast!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got an Elite Cuisine Electric indoor griddle about 10 days ago and used it 2 time so far. I have made crepes and mini pancakes in it and both turned out as expected. This griddle is spacious and heats up fast. It offers multiple heat settings so you can use it for a wide verity of food items. The surface is non stick, smooth and easy to clean, just wipe away with a damp paper towel or cloth. The only thing I didn't like it that the heat distribution to the edges on both side is lower than the temp setting. Overall this griddle is very good for it is price and I do recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This portable griddle is great! We used it recently when we went camping and it was definitely a lifesaver. We were able to cook food for a family of five all at once. We also used it when we had family stay at our house recently. I would say it most helpful cooking bacon. This is wouldn’t be for everyday use but when you need to cook a big breakfast it’s definitely helpful to have.
