The toaster and convection functions are very good. The controls buttons are stiff making it difficult for my elderly parent to use. I am going to sell or giveaway this oven and go back to Breville Smart IQ oven. Breville is much more user friendly, especially for seniors.

i was disappointed when i tried to set the timer and realized that you have seen it fit to delete it and the clock. there really isn't much left to strip off of this product for whatever your reason $$$$$. Please leave well enough alone.

The only disadvantage is there is no warm up timer to let you know when the specific temperature has been reached. The product works great.

I bought my Toaster Oven about 3 weeks ago. I love it. Still learning all the features of it. Have baked, toasted, bageled, warmed sandwiches, and left overs. All came out great. Replaces my toaster, my fry pan and many times my oven.

I have had this for about three weeks. Love all the features. The Broiler really cooks fast. Bakes evenly. One complaint is the broiling tray gets crud on it with each use. Even lining the tray does not prevent this. Have had other companies have a Teflon tray which seems to keep the crude off.
