This appliance is ok. I have burned myself because of a very hot outer shell. Other toaster ovens have a protective outer shell to avoid this. Be careful with this oven.

I like this little oven.. I’m glad I got it.
If there could be improvements-
The convection could be more powerful.
The baking tray does not clean.
The buttons could also be more sturdy.
It says no aluminum foil & I use it all the time. (carefully & not walking away)

Works great. I am still getting used to it. Hard to see if toast is done or not, but easy to just open door and check. Nice size for cooking for two people.

Bottom coil partially lights up. Burns edges but doesnt cook center in all bake and broil functions. 2nd try same model. Extremely disappointed. Will replace again. So many defective models all brands. They all should be recalled. The usual fake stainlesscsteel impossible to clean pan as 6 years ago. That worked until it stopped. Coils died. Wish they could be replaced. Now another brand or model will have to be tried. Wasted alot of time getting the first one replaced with same model. Cuisinart should test them before selling.

Very happy with this Toaster Oven. The two rack positions provide good options for baking and broiling. Everything I've cooked so far has been delicious and perfectly cooked. I usually pre-heat the oven for the best results. The only wish I had would be that the "warm" setting on the oven could go down to 150 degrees. I don't know the actual temperature setting for the "warm", but it is a little too hot to use for letting bread rise.
