The toaster and convection functions are very good. The controls buttons are stiff making it difficult for my elderly parent to use. I am going to sell or giveaway this oven and go back to Breville Smart IQ oven. Breville is much more user friendly, especially for seniors.

There is no timer on the unit, I had to keep opening up the door so my food would not burn. It was quicker to heat up food in my oven.

The "On/Toast Shade button" only turns to the right, even though the arrow next to "on" points left. It also does not turn all the way around, as it seems it should. We don't know if this is a defect, but it's very frustrating because the oven turns off after just heating up. So we have to keep turning the button back on whenever we want to heat up any food, and we end up turning it back on four to five times in order to warm the food up enough.

I got this as a gift from my work for being at my company for 15 years and I absolutely love it! My teenagers and I prepare all kinds of snacks using this little toaster oven it heats up fast and is so much better than using a microwave I went to a health class where they said using a microwave kills all the important nutrients in your food because of the radiation given off from the heating so it makes me happy that I am able to heat my food and all the healthy nutrients is still left in it . I want to thank this company for having this product. Being a mom you’re always trying to find the best thing for your family and this definitely is one of them.
