I fell in love with my toaster oven the second time I used it. It is so easy to use. My 8X8" glass dish fits in there perfectly. So instead of starting the big oven for my 2 sweet potatoes last night, this worked out so well. It is easy to wipe out and looks great on the counter. Doesn't take as much space as I thought it would. We had thought about buying one for a long time and are so happy we bought the Cuisinart.
I returned it because one of the buttons would not turn. I have had a Cuisinart Toaster Oven for years which still works, it just do not look very nice. It is back on the counter
While I am happy with the toaster oven, I am unhappy about one item. The drip tray is of poor quality in that once the oven heats up the tray warps and is very difficult to remove. It should have either been made of a better alloy, or made a tad thicker to prevent warping.
We have had ours for a couple months now & love it. It toasts faster than out last one. I bake a lot in it because it’s just the two of us now. Got great sale price.
While this is lovely for broiling small steaks or chops, the toaster feature is slow and I am having a hard time regulating the settings. Also it needs a light inside. Just about impossible to see when is enough without opening and pulling out the tray / rack.
Love cooking in this oven. At this time I have only baked fish, salmon and veg in oven. They turn out perfect. The on and off knob is hard to turn. Wished better instructions were included instead of recipes. Still enjoying, better and faster than heating up standard oven.
I really like that this toaster oven has the convection option, however the convection fan is extremely noisy and rattles the whole oven while it warms up. Also it would be handy if there was a timer built in to the unit, as well as an indicator when the unit is preheated. Besides that, it toasts, reheats, and cooks well.
