The first time I used the pan to bake chicken, I lined the pan with aluminum foil, but some grease ended up in the pan. Could not clean it so I soaked it for several hours. The grease came off only with an abrasive pad. The remainder did not come off. Your company replaced the pan and I was told not to soak it, even though you advertised it as stainless steel.

I purchased this item as a replacement of an older version. I was disappointed in the changes in the model. I didn't like the dial that controls the oven on and off. The older model would shut off after the set time. I now need to use the timer on my stove when I am baking. I wouldn't have purchased this oven had I known that this design element had been completely remodeled. The only reason I did buy this was is because I really like the style, its overall good looking design elements. I was disappointed.

This replacement arrived with the oven not in a product box and poorly packed with a dent on the right side. It is the same oven I had complained about and I will never use it. I am returning it packaged exactly as I received it. My complaint was about safety with toast falling through the vertical slots directly onto the hot rods while removing the toast and catching fire. Why do you require my agreement to Terms of Use and a Nickname to post this review? Irritating.
