I received this for a gift and got rid of my old toaster oven. After reading the insructions "many" times, when I used it, my food was overcooked and the pan on the bottom was burned. I could not get it cleaned. Cannot figure out whether to put the food on the top level, or the bottom. Hence, re-reading the instructions again.

I just love the overall look of my oven. My favorite thing is being able to set the temperature (I couldn’t with my prior one). It’s wonderful to have when I don’t want to use my big oven. Best thing ever!

We've had this Cuisinart toaster oven for less than a month and have cooked meat and potatoes in it multiple times, as well as have baked cookies and baked french fries. The convection feature helps speed up cooking when needed, which is great. The toaster oven is large enough to cook a roast, but much smaller than our regular oven so takes less energy to operate. We actually store it inside our oven, which keeps less clutter on our counters. So far a thumbs up! Glad my husband bought it for us for Christmas!

I bought this for myself.....as a Christmas present!!.....and I am very pleased with my choice. I am still trying to get use to the convection baking of the oven. I have never used convection technolgy and I would have liked some pointers on how to alter baking times/temps when using this model. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase...present!!!

The good features are being able to set an oven temperature.The bad feature is moving the dial that sets he duration of the baking or toasting. There are only 2 settings and the dial moves in only one direction. So far, I have not been able to move the dial to a position where it stays on all the time. I need to phone Cuisinart to learn how to correct these difficiencies if possible.

Actually I liked this toaster oven, but disappointed it didn't have a timer for oven setting! You have to use your microwave timer or kitchen timer! If you know this going in, it is a good product!
