The first time I used the pan to bake chicken, I lined the pan with aluminum foil, but some grease ended up in the pan. Could not clean it so I soaked it for several hours. The grease came off only with an abrasive pad. The remainder did not come off. Your company replaced the pan and I was told not to soak it, even though you advertised it as stainless steel.

I bought it for the looks and the copper color. It makes the colors in my countertop pop! Also it does burn my cookies or biscuits. I’m truly enjoying it. Have had it a couple of months

It's nice, easy to use, but the temperatures are way hotter than marked. I estimated that it runs around 60 degrees hotter than the settings. To get medium done toast, it has to be on the light setting. I cannot use this for curing polymer clay, because it runs so hot; it would burn the clay. The lowest temperature it runs at is hotter than the temperature I would need to cure the clay. I'm disappointed in it, especially with it being a Cuisinart product.
