This is my 2nd one of this model since the first was a warranty return because it did not toast evenly. Unfortunately the new one is just the same so this seems to be a flaw with this model.

This is my 2nd Cuisinart toaster oven purchase. I love the product. I use it several times a day. It always cooks to my total satisfaction. So glad I chose this particular model. It cooks to perfection, & makes me a good COOK.

Love this oven. I reviewed many and this was the one. My only complaint is the pan that comes with it doesn't wash well at all. After the first use the drippings baked on and don't clean off. I would love a new pan. Maybe it would be great if the company could design a pan that is easy clean. It would be great to offer accessory pans for the oven as well. I plan to search for some online. The oven bakes and toasts evenly. I would recommend purchasing finger oven grip for removing items. Great buy over all!

It's hard to cook toast in, bad design on the rack positioning. It is a lot hotter than our old one so it takes time to get use to.
