Regarding the countertop convection toaster oven: excellent product. Ours stopped working just shy of the warranty period. Cuisinart sent a replacement in a timely fashion. We use this appliance many times a day and felt no need to look for a different brand. The only negative to the new one is there’s no interior light so we have to open the door to check doneness.

It cleans easily, toasts nicely but there is only a timer on the toast function, not on the bake or broil function which strikes me as dangerous and annoying. You have to keep track of how long your food is in the oven. The dials are not easy to read, have to use a flashlight

I love this toaster oven with one exception - you can't adjust the racks to middle area . It's either up high or down low and effects the cooking (either gets too dark on bottom or top of food). It cooks very fast but not very evenly because rack's positions.

I preferred the digital settings on my previous cuisinart. Let Jed the bagel setting not on this one. Doesn’t toast as evenly.

Good basic Unit - controls are easy to use, but

Our old Cuisinart developed a short so the body of the unit was energized when plugged in. Bought this because the controls were simple. It works well. I like the rack adjustments. Only challenge is the text on the controls are SMALL and black on chroma is hard to read sometimes. Also dials have just a slightly thicker rubber bump to show where the dials are set. Also, toasting seems to be a bit uneven between top and bottom. But overall, a good, unt.
