A "Green" choice for a green lawn

Having tried almost every product out there for decades, Scotts Natural Lawn Food is THE only choice to produce a healthy, green lawn that just continues to look great. Having birds and a dog on the lawn constantly, Scotts Natural Lawn Food is a safe win-win situation. My lawn has never looked better, and I know this is the only product I'll use from now on to keep my lawn looking great. Thanks Scotts!

This product has a triple purpose on my lawn and garden;
Fab-tastic as a lawn fertilizer, unbelievable at keeping the irritating squirrels out of my garden (they hate the blood meal smell ...) and good around my borders for restoring my clay soil enrichment. Fabulous...highly recommended product !

I used this yesterday and 2 hrs after applying my dog's start eating it. Been up all night with sick dogs. I dont know what's in this but pet owners beware.

Not recommended for immediate use after spraying

My dogs love munching on the fertilizer if I let them out to play after I sprayed it on the lawn (water thoroughly), but they don't seem interested in it if I leave it as it is for 24 hours.

Concerned for pets

Like others who have reviewed this product, we, too, have a dog that will not stop eating the granules. A neighbor's cat was also out feasting on the product. We will be switching to another product, likely liquid, that is safe for the pets but does not provide them with snacks. This risk should be made clear to pet owners who purchase this product. When I saw it was pet-safe, I did not expect the pets to utilize it as a food source! Is there some way to make this product less appealing to them? Seeing as how your product information states this product is not for consumption, it should be made less palatable. This product appears similar to blood meal, which would explain the pets' tendency to want to eat it.

Natural product is great

We stopped chemical lawn service...6 people have suddenly come down with autoimmune diseases in a small block. Started the natural and our lawn looks absolutely great. Thank you
